The park owner is aware and will leave it kept in the park… a bill of sale will just do fine! (After the approval i will take a non refdable down payment to hold the trailer) other than a down payment…their is no rent to own option. Insurance on the home is also mandatory…you can still get insurance on the home without a title…you need a bill of sale and previous owner on bill of sale ( I currently have insurance on the home now). You pay $460 lot rent and own utilities except trash removal.
Move-in date will be as soon as your approved by the park.
You will need to be approved to live in the park…I would need contact information..phone, email address to give to the landlord for you to fill out an application. Small pets are OK. Propane is the heating source..center state propane.
