I’m giving away my timeshare week and paying all the transfer costs. We have moved and it is inconvenient to use.
It is a floating yearly week and can be used any of the 52 weeks of the year. The summer weeks between the middle of Je and first of September can only be booked no sooner than 60 days advance however. All other weeks can be booked as soon as the maintenance fees are paid. The week can also be split to be used one weekend(Fri, Sat, S) and then Mon-Thur at another time during the same year. Full week usage must be either Friday or Saturday check in.
The week is deeded for it 1910 which is a south and west facing deluxe studio with two queen beds and a pull out couch(sleeps 6). It has a partial kitchen(No oven). When reserving your week, however, you don’t need to necessarily use that it. The sset picture was taken by me Nov 6, 2023 when I used the week and stayed on the top floor(3110).
The Atlantic Palace is in a fantastic location on the Boardwalk/Beach between Bally’s and Resorts. If you are a golfer, the Atlantic City area has many fantastic golf courses within 45 min. The LPGA Shoprite classic is also held about 30 min away at Seaview Resort.
The yearly maintenance fees/taxes are currently $ 1007.26
I also rent the it for $1100 for the week.
Staying at one of the closest casinos in a smaller room with no kitchen typically costs at least $1250 per week.
