This apartment has a large (~ 30 x 30 ft) central living space, a large (~ 15 x 25 ft) bedroom with walk-in closet, and one bathroom with tub/shower and a washer/dry combo.
Rent does not include heat or electric.
Heat is forced-air propane and there’s also a pellet stove. There is no AC but there are several ceiling fans throughout. Parking is available off-street but it’s limited. There is also a large backyard that overlooks the beautiful Black Creek Valley.
Spectrum internet is not yet available but the apartment is currently set-up with the SLIC fiber network, which apparently works well for normal high-speed use.
