Hi Everyone
I have a small space in an amazing location, Midtown West Manhattan.
Second floor, one flight of stairs, NO elevator.
Prefer 9 Je move-in but can do earlier.
I have photos and reviews to share. We can do video chat and you can check out the place in person.
I will be traveling in mid September/ mid October/ early November 2025 for 3/ 4 weeks and again in December – March 2026. Flexible on dates.
Short or Long term. Also open to a roommate situation when I am here.
I prefer someone who doesn’t cook very aromatic food.
Small space so someone with limited possessions please.
Non-smoker. NO SMOKING/ NO VAPING IN THE APARTMENT.
Pro-rated for length of stay – plus security deposit.
Please have paperwork with proof of rental history, income, employment etc.
