–This apartment is on the 3rd floor of 3 FLOOR walk-up; top floor, quiet, and sny rooms.
–One roommate is a customer service professional in her late 20s and is a transplant from Florida; works hybrid, going into the office 2-3 days per week and works from home the rest of the time; quiet, respectful, easygoing, loves exploring NYC with friends.
–Second professional roommate is in her early 30s and currently works as an Engineer with JetBlue. She is sometimes assigned to work out of different airports so will be traveling out of the apartment often.
–Seeking to fill the room for a long-term to medium term stay but a shorter summer sublet would also be considered depending on fit.
–5 mins to A Express on Nostrand Ave, ladry, supermarket, restaurants arod the corner on Tompkins Ave. 15 minutes to Downtown Manhattan!
–This is a medium-sized room with a deep closet with double windows.
–Share of utilities will be an additional $ 50-90 per person depending on usage (heat, hot water, cooking gas, electricity, and internet).
–Prefer those with steady employment and good credit score (650+), as these are the requirements of the Landlord/Lease Holder. The leaseholder will give you the tour of the apartment.
–Sorry, NO PETS are allowed, as per building rules, and no couples.
