Hi. I’ve just returned to NYC and I would like to rent a room week-to-week or month-to-month. I am an older, peaceful male.

I am looking for a furnished room (at least with a bed) in a peaceful home at a location that is close to public transit. I always pay my rent on time, I clean up after myself, and I am very easy-going.
