Hi! I’m subleasing my room from July 21 to August 27, 2025. Short stays are welcome (minimum 1 week). 800$/week. Price flexibility for stays longer than 2 weeks – good deal! feel free to ask.

The room is huge, bright, and very clean, perfect for someone looking for a peaceful, comfortable stay in the city. It comes with a private bathroom (not shared), and air conditioner, fan, dresser, mirror, and a queen-size air mattress (upon request).
The apartment is located in an exceptional area—just a 7-minute walk to the 2, 3, A, B, C, and D subway lines, and close to multiple bus lines (M2, M3, M4, M1 and more). No pets, please.
The atmosphere at home is very quiet and respectful—ideal for resting, studying, or remote work. I live here during the rest of the year, so I’m hoping to find someone who will treat the space with care and enjoy the city while I’m away.
