Cute bushwick bedroom available for sublet from july 1 til end of august. The perfect spot to spend two months in new york this summer <3

RENT: $1200/month, 2 months available. This is a two floor house. The bedroom is on the second floor, comes fully furnished, with a shared bathroom. Enjoy privacy on the second floor, with access to many perks like in-it ladry, large backyard, vegetable garden, big kitchen and living room, a brownstone stoop – very cute Brooklyn vibe. Along with the bedrooms the second floor has a separate studio/office/workspace and a living room. Great for remote workers. Our house is on a tree-lined block with beautiful brownstones next door to a church, and one block from Irving Square park. You’ll be staying in Bushwick, with lots of surroding restaurants, cafes, bars, and bodegas. We ask for a $500 deposit in addition to the monthly rent, that will be returned to you if the place is respected and nothing is dama.
LOCATION: We are a few blocks away from the Halsey L stop, only a 10-20 minute commute from Williamsburg and Union Square. Halsey J and Knickerbocker M trains are arod too, offering additional access to lower Manhattan.
ABOUT US: We are 4 roommates, 2 of us will be away and are renting out our space. This is a queer household, we maintain a peaceful CLEAN home which is really important to us. For the sake of our roommates and preserving the space, we please ask subletters to not bring guests. We also have a chore wheel that we change every week. We love this gem of a house, a very rare find for New York. Ideally we are looking for a couple or two friends, super queer friendly+++
