I am the only roommate.

(This is a ROOM Rental, not a dual lease signing. I am using the spare room to keep my water turtle in, and items I sell online at this moment. I will turn it into a 3rd bedroom at a later date and time.)
IDEAL TENANT:
– Someone with an on-site full-time job – (There is an dertone of bass from music during the day from a top apt over – so the person might be happier if they are an on site worker – by late afternoon / early evening when people come home from work it’s stopped)
– Sanitary and orderly in common space
– A quiet/peaceful individual who is focused on their work or goals
– No cig smokers or alcohol drinkers – I am a recovered alcoholic, and would be greatly appreciated

ABOUT MYSELF:
I am almost 40, super clean and orderly, quiet, and tidy, striving to be a full-blown minimalist. Keeping the apartment a quiet, calm solace is a necessity and priority for me. I am conscientious of how sod travels, so when in the public area I am considerate of that for my roommate.
I cook most of the meals I eat, I’m pretty quick and keep the kitchen in tip top sanitary state, no standing grime or splattered food, I wipe down a surface as I go, and even when I don’t see anything on it just for good measure.
I keep both top and base toilet seats down, wipe the rim, and keep the toilet and bathroom in general clean. I don’t have toothpaste on the mirror from brushing, conscious about shaving, I wipe wet surfaces dry with a commity hanging rag that’s kept for that very purpose. I empty my dishes from the dish drain as soon as they have dried. And appreciate the same courtesies in return.
I have a partner or 2 who help me practice Kinbaku in the spare room of the apt sometimes. The door stays closed as to not bother anyone else, when we do.
I am social in the apt, but not overly social. I derstand we both have our private lives, and busy itineraries. So, I’m often a drive-by hello guy
I am on the autistic spectrum even though outwardly and interaction wise, it’s hard to tell til someone really gets to know me. Then perhaps may notice some of my here and there eccentric ways.
I smoke cannabis medicinally for the autism, as well as a spine injury in which I’ve had a few surgeries for since Oct. – I don’t smoke joints or blts in the home, I use one hit methods and blow directly out of the window like I don’t want my parents to find out, so the apt does not stay stinking like cannabis.
UTILITIES SPLIT
– Split utilities with 1 person: Myself
– Wi-Fi – $40 month divided by 2
– Gas – usually $17 – $21 month divided by 2
– Electric – season dependent, divided by 2 – if you do not use an A/C I will give a reduced electric split.
(By myself, electric comes to between $8 – 40/month / I have past bills to show if request)
