We’re going out of town for a couple of months, so you get to enjoy our super cozy apartment while we’re gone. Just look at the pictures. Located literally in the center of the iverse. You can’t beat the convenience and the vibes of the neighborhood.

It’s a two-bedroom apartment, but one bedroom we have set up as an artist studio at the moment. You would have the whole apartment to yourself. 300mb internet and all utilities included for $150 a month. Two ACs. Lots of light in every room of the apartment. Message us if you have any questions – we’re pretty quick to answer. Happy to show the place virtually or in person for serious inquiries.
We are flexible on move-in and move-out dates (Optimally July 2nd – August 21st). One note: the pictures are a little old – the main difference being the room with the blue couch now has a desk and a small bookshelf.
