Watch the July 4th fireworks from the balcony as they are set off from a barge in the ocean nearby! There is a pedestrian bridge nearby to reach the sandy beach! Yes, your it will have ocean-beach view from your private balcony with its own BBQ grill.

Two ocean-front swimming pools, two jacuzzies, gym, bicycles, game rooms with pool table, ping pong table, beach equipment, on-site activities, Activity Center, etc.
Next to Dana Point for many water activities (jet ski, paragliding, boating, etc. ) Close to many tourist destinations such as Disneyland, Pageant of the Masters, Sawdust Festival, Dana Point Oceanography Institute, Catalina Island, etc.
Sleeps six people only. No smoking. No pets. One parking spot.
