1 bedroom with private office available in a charming 4 bedroom corner building. 4th-floor walkup, high ceilings, tons light. Bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment and a huge shared living room overlooking 5th ave and downtown Brooklyn. The available bedroom and office both have closets and are facing south towards the garden side of the building. Huge kitchen and bathroom are also super bright with new fixtures including a full size fridge, dishwasher, gas stove/oven. Wifi and all utilities are included. No ladry in the building, but a clean ladromat 1 block away.
Location: Park Slope is a super charming and neighborhood with beautiful brownstones, trees, and borders Prospect Park and Gowanus. The apartment is on 5th Ave in Center slope, which is definitely more lively, and less residential than other parts of the neighborhood, but not at all loud at night. There are tons of restaurants and bars nearby, including some cool breweries and bars in Gowanus. In the spring and summer they close down 5th Avenue on the weekend for pedestrians, outdoor dining, and music. The Park Slope Food Coop, Whole Foods, FoodTown, Associated, and a local farmer’s market on Sdays are all nearby.
The nearest subway is the R, one stop from Atlantic Ave-Barclay Center to connect to express and other major lines. F/G is about a 10 minute walk. Cobble Hill, Crown Heights, Brooklyn Bridge Park, Red Hook, Industry City are all super accessible especially on a bike.
About me:
My name is Andy and I’m real estate agent so, I work from home but in and out of the apartment. The apartment is clean but am not a stickler for an occasional dish left in the sink. I occasionally have friends over, but not routinely.
