The person lives somewhere else but work or school brings that person into the city on a steady basis.

It’s a lovely pre-war DOORMAN/ELEVATOR building, very well maintained, with an elegant lobby in a great safe neighborhood.
The room is very private with a Queen size bed, dresser, desk. Wifi, A/C, Cable TV.
Share apartment with 1 mature female.
First picture, your balcony. Other pictures are of your space, your view, and the shared kitchen and bathroom.
Very accessible for transportation — local and express subway nearby (2 stops to Times Square) and crosstown bus for East Side.
