It is 7 minutes (4.5 miles) by car to Cornell, grocery and restaurants (no traffic, just a quick ride down a cotry road). 9 min. to downtown; 12-15 to Ithaca College. Bus service available on weekdays twice in the morning, twice in the early evening to and from downtown and Cornell.
Private entrance, bedroom, living room kitchenette, private full bath. Always cool in the summer, cozy in the winter.
