This lovely house will be available by the end of February. It’s being refreshed and will be ready to show soon. Applicant should be able to verify adequate income and a good past rental history. Pets will be considered, certain dog breeds will require the tenant to provide canine insurance. Utilities including water paid by the tenant. First and last to move in. Housing vouchers accepted.
