It comes with a washer/dryer, granite coter tops and breakfast bar/ island and everything you need to live dishes, pots and pans, etc. All you need is your own linens. It has a full size tub/shower with an on-demand hot water which means you never r out of hot water It has an over the stove microwave. There are smart flat screen TV’s and a sleeping loft–with narrow circular staircase to the sleeping loft–this place is not for someone who is physically challen. It has lots of cool and convenient features too numerous to mention here and will discuss if interested. It has plenty of windows and it is light and airy and a large fenced private backyard. It has dual heating capability– electric and propane although propane in the primary. It is situated on a quiet residential street in the Village several blocks from the local hospital, parks and library; an easy walk. The rent is $1,200/month including all utilities i.e. heating, electricity and water with a limitation as explained next. Included in the $1,200 rent is an utility allowance of $200 which is usually sufficient. High speed Wi-Fi is present at an additional cost of $75 and trash removal is $40/month. We handle snow removal and lawn care as needed.
