Ferry is nearby and takes you to Wall Street can be accessed by a short bike ride or bus. I do have a bike available if needed.

Home is occupied by (1) female and (1) cat. Roommates boyfriend frequently visits and stays at the home. Roommate is very clean and organized and we would appreciate to fill the space temporarily with a tidy individual who will respect the space and company.
