It’s a great house for the right family or person looking to make good money on a flip. House needs some TLC for sure but it has great potential. Currently used as a 6-bedroom home with 3 full bathrooms and a half bath attached to one of the bedrooms. Upstairs is one big master bedroom which is approx.28×14 feet with a stairway that comes up in the middle and a master bath on one side (6×10) and a walk-in closet on the other side also (6×10). The 5 bedrooms are all good size no tiny bedrooms in this house at all. Ladry room on the first floor and a huge full basement with a great open-face brick fireplace, we have fires in there every day in the winter it keeps it nice and warm down there. The living room (24×13) also has an open fireplace that we use on occasion. The home had an office added on before we bought it so there is a couple of extra rooms, we use one as a dining room, and 2 of them we use as bedrooms. It has an attached garage for all the toys could fit 2 cars probably but I use it for my golf cart and tools, quads, and motorcycles….you get the picture…The yard is huge measures I think 150’x 500′ or so(I’m guessing) but it’s deep and the back couple hdred feet are trees….neighbors on both sides of me are great, can’t get better neighbors. One bathroom we had remodeled for my handicapped son it’s got a roll-in full shower with handholds, and a sink you can roll a wheelchair right up to it. I am disabled and able to work anymore therefore I can no longer stay here and will be looking to move out as early as May 1st. No realtors less you want to pay them, selling as is, price is pretty firm with very little wiggle room. so please don’t try to steal it from me, won’t work.Sorry the pictures are crappy.
