This room is located on a tree-lined street in prime Greenpoint, (subway, buses, city bike is next to the building, main street – Manhattan Ave.). It’s only 4 stops to Manhattan, just a two blocks away from East River Ferry with an outstanding views of Manhattan (location and convenience)! Transmitter park nearby. Best commuting location possible! A bathroom and kitchen shared with two yog, professional persons. If some person move out from that floor, you will always pay the same rent!
Room hting can be stressful. It’s very hard to find you your ideal room.
This is a lovely house that’s shared by creative and academic types.
There’s a 24-hour convenience store on the corner and The Garden grocery, three blocks away, offers first-rate organic produce and health food. You will love this very safe neighborhood. Parking space for your bike!!!

I have all few steps away G and L , and 7, bus or bike or ferry The G train makes connections to the E, R, N, W in Queens Plaza) or ” G ” to “L” Train into Union Square . Trains which lead to Manhattan. Buses B61 (which will take you straight to Williamsburg) Q24,B43,B48, B61 all on the corner which you can take in lieu of train, 15 – 20 minute into Midtown .It is about 12 blocks to the Bedford Av “L”, stop Williamsburg. Some commuters walk over the Pulaski Bridge to the Vernon-Jackson station in Queens to catch the 7 train to Grand Central Station, 42 str, it is a 10-minute trip.
