One bedroom for rent for *one* working professional, in a quiet three-bedroom apartment. The room is roughly 11.5′ x 10.5′ and gets great slight. The room has a closet that’s 1.5′ x 7′.
You have access to the living room, bathroom, kitchen, washroom and balcony. This is a month-to-month lease, though we are looking for someone long-term (at least one year).
There is a large kitchen, with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, and gas stove. You would have your own set of cabinets, with coter top, to keep utensils, pots and pans, and non-perishable goods, as well as one shelf in the fridge.
The building is located on the same block as the Tarrytown Library, and is one block away from C-Town grocery store. It’s a 5-minute walk to Main St. in Tarrytown, as well as a 5-minute walk to Beekman Ave. in Sleepy Hollow, both with many delicious restaurants and shops. The Tarrytown Metro-North train station is about a 10-minute down the hill from the building, great for commuters.
We are looking for someone who is relatively the same age (30s), financially stable, as well as quiet, clean, and respectful.
Utilities are split and are $100 a month each (depending on the season). This includes: heat, hot water, gas, electric, internet and household goods.
Security deposit is equal to one month’s rent ($900)
