Renting a room and private bath to one person (no couples and no pets) for $115/night. This fee includes all utilities and cleaning charges. Available from Dec 8-31 and minimum stay is 5 nights. The entirely furnished room is in a 2 story, 2 full bath, 2 bedroom apartment in Cobble Hill just three blocks from the F/G Bergen stop. The room has lots of south-facing light, blackout curtains, a large closet, set of drawers, desk, full bed (xl), bedding, nightstand, comfy chair, full-length mirror, lamps, artwork, plants, and exclusive use of the downstairs bath.

The apartment is bright and cozy, has hardwood floors, comfortable furnishings, happy plants, locked bike storage, a huge common area, dishwasher, Miele washer/dryer in apt, fully equipped kitchen, a door buzzer/intercom, and one chill roommate with their own bedroom, bathroom, and office/living room upstairs. It’s an amazing combination of space, location, and amenities for NYC, and is very lovingly maintained. This is the real deal, all pics are of the place, and it’s even more lovely in person.
The building is on a beautiful, tree-lined, brownstone block in one of Brooklyn’s most charming neighborhoods. The location is stellar, it’s really hard to beat the convenience. Easy and fast access to trains and Manhattan, Williamsburg, Greenpoint etc. There’s a grocery store, fruit stand, movie theater, late night deli, awesome Mediterranean restaurant, dry cleaners, French bakery, and wine bar within a block, and lots of other great restaurants and bars nearby. For incredible waterfront access, Brooklyn Bridge Park is just a short walk away.
