Hello, I’m a very clean, quiet, and respectful creative writing and English literature lecturer seeking a calm place with only one quiet housemate. I’ll be commuting to Stony Brook University, so I’m open to living in upper NJ, lower NY, Brooklyn, or Queens. I’m writing and researching my third literary book, fded by grants from Creative Capital, UPenn, and Brown U. I don’t drink, smoke, or do drugs—no children or pets. I rarely entertain guests. I’m a minimalist; I only own a mobile bedside desk, two bags, a basket, and a book bin. I’m into avant-garde literature/film, advanced yoga, weights/calisthenics, and rning.
