The best kept little secret of the Pines shhhh….
A private, charming little cottage with air conditioning and private full cedar bathroom. Flat screen Direct TV & Free WiFi. There is a fully enclosed outdoor shower & washer and dryer on premises (washer & dryer for weekly renters only less owner is doing wash on weekends). Full service kitchen located in main house with dishwasher, air conditioning, free WiFi, outside gas BBQ grill & hot tub on front deck with spectacular views of sset & wood burning fireplace used in spring & fall season. We supply all bedding & bath linens, beach towels and umbrellas. On property there is a 2 person kayak for your use & enjoyment anytime.
Daily, weekend or weekly rental available. There are two bedrooms in main house available for renting. One room has queen size bed, the other has a full size bed both with air conditioning. All bedrooms & main gallery of house have their own Direct TV & Free WiFi.
If you are looking for a great Fire Island Pines experience, hassle free, no drama, just plain f and relaxation then this is the place for you.
Keep in mind pricing is per room & cottage & starts as low as $350 (rooms) $400 (cottage) a night with a 2 night minimum required & Holiday pricing $375 (rooms) & $425 (cottage) a night with 3 night minimum required (Max 2 person per room or cottage) utilities included. A 50% deposit is required to hold your reservations. Please contact for availability, pricing & additional details. Pricing varies for cottage and rooms!
PINES PARTY PRICING: 3 nights or more required. Rooms Queen & Full pricing $450 a night 2 person limit. The Cottage pricing $475 a night 2 person limit!
Special pricing for spring & fall (Starting October) renting, come for one night or more it’s only $175 a room & $225 for cottage a night!!
