There are many closets and natural light. I am 2.5 blocks from Prospect Park and Parade Grod, 2 block from Cortelyou Road, and 7 minutes from two subways stops. Subway Q and B (Church and Beverly stops) are 2 blocks away. Apartment is on the top floor (6th) and has a great view. It’s on the 6th floor of an elevator building. The kitchen is huge and great for cooking and has beautiful granite coters. All appliances are new: fridge, oven, dishwasher, coters. The bathrooms are remodeled and the entire place has bamboo wood flooring. There is a LG washer/dryer combo in the apartment. There are plenty of closets and storage spaces.Water and heat are included. Utilities are wifi, electricity, and gas.
