Looking to rent one bedroom in our 4 bedroom loft in Williamsburg. One of a kind space with a large kitchen, living room, ladry in building, and fire escape access. Amazing location only two blocks from the L and G Subway Lines, and der 5 minute walk from grocery stores, bars, cafes, delis.

Other tenants are yog professionals (31M, 28F, 28M) who work in clean energy, event planning, and technology. Everyone is clean and respectful of the space, and we are looking for someone who will also be clean and respectful.

4 Bedroom / 1 Bath
Large bedroom fits any size bed with room to spare (room is approx. 10’6” x 10’6”). Note that the bedroom does not have exterior windows (but does have a window near the ceiling that is connected to the living room).
Bedroom comes with a full size bed, A/C it, and lamp, which you’re welcome to keep or replace.
Common spaces are already furnished, but additional furniture is welcome!
Spacious loft with 14 foot ceilings, with great natural light
Shared office desk area for a comfortable WFH setup
Fire escape accessible via apartment
Ladry in building
2 blocks from Bedford L stop
2 blocks from Lorimer L/G stop
Proximity to grocery stores, bars, cafes, delis, etc.
One year lease with option to renew. Rent is payable via Venmo or Cash App directly to the landlord (you will sign a lease for your own room). All tenants split utilities equally, which include gas, electricity, and internet.
