Student housing available for the 2025-26 school year at SUNY Geneseo, spring 2025 and the summer of 2025. Two its left, location is on Center Street and is only 650 feet(2 mins walk) from the academic part of campus and Main Street, Crickets is just across the street. First it has five bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths and second is a six bedroom with 2 1/2 bath and a granite kitchen. The 6 bedroom has fresh paint and new carpeting and flooring in the kitchen and pantry(has new der coter beverage cooler) as well as new LED lighting, LED ceiling fans and eco flush toilets. Two bedrooms in this it are over 200 square feet in size(huge). Both are modern and have updated baths and kitchens, washers/dryers/dishwashers in both places, front porches and parking.
