Offering up my beautiful 1 bedroom apartment in the heart of the East Village from December 5th through December 15th. Apartment is located in the heart of the East Village.
-Private outdoor terrace
-Washer/dryer in it
-King sized bed
-Couch in living room pulls out into comfortable full-sized mattress
-Dishwasher in it, oven/stove + my pots/pans/plates/silverware are all available
-Nespresso machine
The price for the 10 nights is $1,500 total. If staying for less than 10 nights, nightly rate will be higher. Must be comfortable with doing a FaceTime or Zoom to introduce yourself/yourselves. Would like to physically hand you the key the evening of December 4th or the early morning of December 5th in exchange for cash. We can meet inside the apartment.
Check-in time begins 8:00am December 5th. Check-out time is 10:00am sharp December 15th. Serious inquiries only.
