Looking for room to rent within the an affordable range arod $500-$650 a month. I work part-time on the UES, at a high-end retail store and will soon be attending college. so looking for a room within Brooklyn, Queens or the Bronx. I am queer-friendly, pet friendly and I don’t smoke or drink but don’t mind if you lightly indulge. Looking for somewhere to live longterm with open-minded people who I can befriend. I clean up after myself and value a cleanly and tidy space so you don’t have to worry about that. I will do my fair share of chores (taking care of trash, dishes and whatever else.)
