I’m an artist, and I am in the process of making a profession from that. I want to make artwork for sale, and I also like to teach. I would need to be able to draw and paint in the room. I can give free art lessons as part of any agreement of me being able to stay in the room if anyone is interested in art. I’m adding some images of my artwork to view. I can also discuss doing any chores or shopping and similar things in exchange.
