Las Olas Blvd in Fort Lauderdale vacation swaps to NYC/Manhattan only. I live in a beautiful 2 bedroom / 2 bath upscale apartment bldg and have great views. It has washer and dryer in it and I am 10 minute ride to the airport. One minute walking distance to Las Olas. It has many restaurants, bars and art galleries. I love where I live and I am looking to find “normal people” who do not smoke to swap for vacations at different times of the year. I do swaps with a gentleman in NYC and have done arod 12 swaps with him. I have done many swaps in the past but haven’t traveled in a few years. All my swaps have been great. I am 67 and my girlfriend is 53. I am retired so I have a lot of time on my hands and I love NYC. I am originally from NY and have lived in Florida for 39 years. I love it here. My building has a beautiful pool, saa, gym and free coffee drinks in the lobby. My apartment has 3 TVs. 88″Samsg in master bedroom, 65″ in living room and 50″ in the 2nd bedroom.
