Had to leave my house due to an illness. I had someone staying there but was not taking care of the house or lawn. The roof is five years old. (12,000) the back of the doublewide also got new siding and skirting. Also paid a plumber $1800 this past winter for all new heating tape on all of the plumbing. New hardwood was put in the living room and kitchen. The other living room has wood looking vinyl. Has 3 bedrooms 2 baths with bath in masters bedroom with a corner garden tub. I’m selling it with the hopes that whoever buys it will want the appliances (fridge, der coter freezer, stove, microwave, ninja, washer, dryer) and dressers n beds n couches as I do not want to sell them or remove them. The problems with the house are there was a leak der the sink in the kitchen which has been fixed but it needs a new sink cabinet and sub floor derneath replaced I already bought new flooring for the kitchen I just could not put it in. The master bedroom toilet had a leak after we put in a new toilet so the subfloor needs to be replaced der it. I also ripped out the carpet in the master bedroom so it would not mold you will need to install carpet or some kind of flooring. The furnace needs to be maintenances it got a new motor put in 3 years ago but it’s making a fny sod. Was like $300 or so last time. I have invested so much money into this place I never planned on moving. I do not own the land it sits on. Lot rent is $300 a month. It’s off a dead end road. Cotry and peaceful. Also has marathon village electric which is nice. Marathon school district. I’m asking $25,000 which is a steal only because of the work that needs to be done cash only offers. I would consider rent to own with a down payment of at least $5,000. A contract would need to be done by my lawyer. Home owners ins. Would have to be bought and maintained throughout the entirety of the contract. It can be a beautiful place again like it was when I lived there with a little handy work.
