For rent and available October 1st. This is a 2 bedroom 2 story cottage with off street parking close to elementary school and park in the village of Unadilla. The apartment is available to view now but currently has tenant living there till September 1. Apartment has forced hot air furnace using fuel oil, a front and back porch, full kitchen and 1 bath. This is a smoke free small house located on a quiet street. Preferably no pets as this has been a pet free home. Photos are not up to date but were taken before last tenant entered apartment. Some minor work will be done in apartment and of course cleaning before apartment is ready. Rent is $750 plus utilities. First month and security needed. Application will be needed for approval.
