Looking for an apartment in the Glens Falls area?

Avoid renting the studio or 1 bedrooms from the corner of Ridge and Lawton (big pinkish house) or the one diagonal from there (white with large yard).
Multiple issues including terrible management, no upkeep, drugs, alcohol, tenants that fight especially at night, tenants get locked out of apartments and scream and yell.
There was a fire recently and it’s only a matter of time before either another fire or some other large, traumatic event happening. That’s what happens when tenants aren’t screened and they’ll let anyone rent because they need the money.
Owner has had past legal trouble, as have the people that do maintenance. Previous and current tenants with legal problems but that doesn’t seem to matter to landlords.
If you haven’t gotten the idea to stay away, just going to repeat it: Avoid renting the studio or 1 bedrooms from the corner of Ridge and Lawton (big pinkish house) or the one diagonal from there (white with large yard).
